Last season:

A solid season last time out for the stones finishing around mid table in their first season in the national league. Maidstone were one of four teams to finish on 58 points. 
As for the FA Trophy the stones came up against Boreham Wood in the first round. After a 0-0 draw away Maidstone lost 3-2 at the Gallagher stadium in the replay. 
In the FA Cup the stones made it to the first round proper. In the last qualifying round Maidstone beat Billericay Town 3-1 and went on to face league one side Rochdale. Maidstone forced a replay but Rochdale won 2-0 in the replay to knock the stones out. 

History:

Maidstone United were formed back in 1992 just 25 years ago. Although the stones only have a short history the Gallagher stadium is there 6th home stadium throughout their history. Since there formation last season was there first season in the national league. 
Current Manchester United center back Chris Smalling had a spell with the stones early in his career. Smalling spent two years with Maidstone before moving on too Fulham. The Stones' most recent trophy is the National league south play off trophy. They won this in the 2015-16 season. 

We look forward to facing the stones next season.
