Cefn Druids 1-3 Wrexham
A solid game for Wrexham who were deserving winners on the night. Manager Dean Keates played two different sides both halves. With just Christian Dibble getting 90 minutes.
First Half:
A solid first half from Wrexham who controlled the game from word go. Creating several chances but the dragons only managed to grab the one. A beautiful finish from trialist B who cut in side and fired in to the back of the net.
Man of the match for the first half again was midfielder Leo Smith. Leo was energetic and helpt with controlling the pace of the game. Creating chances for the attackers Leo put in a fantastic shift yet again.
Along with that the whole team looked solid from defense to attack. While striker Scott Boden made his debut.
Second half:
A tougher display in the second half from the dragons. Druids created more in the second half for the defense to deal with. Defender James Jennings grabbed Wrexham's second with a free header in the box. Cefn Druids managed to grab one back from the spot. Youngster Ben Barrat restored the two goal lead just before the end.
Defender James Jennings was the Man of the match for the second half. The left back flew up and down the left hand side creating plenty of chances for his teammates. James even managed to pop up with a good goal for him self.
