Looking ahead: AFC Fylde

Nickname: The Coasters

Position last season: 1st (national league north)


Last season: 

A very successful season last time out for Fylde. A title winning season in the National league north which saw the coasters only losing six times. 
As for the FA Trophy a short time in the competition last time out only reaching the first round. It was Brackley Town who proved too much for Fylde. Brackley beat Fylde 4-0 in there first round replay. 
In the FA Cup they did not make it past the second qualifying round as they lost 1-0 away against Alferton Town. 


History: 

Founded back in 1988 AFC Fylde have many achievements in there 29 year history.  There most recent success was last time out winning the National league North. Before that Fylde won the Division one north in the 2011-12 season. Last time out Fylde set there record attendance on boxing day against Chorley where 3858 came to Mill Farm watch the coasters lose 2-0. 

We look forward to facing Fylde next season.
