Number 3: James Jennings

Name: James Ryan Jennings
Position: Defender (LB)
Number: 3
Previous teams: Macclesfield Town, Altrincham, Kettering Town, Cambridge United, Mansfield Town, Forest Green Rovers, Cheltenham Town and Morecambe. 

Jennings joined Wrexham permanently in the summer after a loan spell last season. So far James has made  26 appearances for the dragons. Jennings at 30 years old has played for 8 clubs before Wrexham. 
Jennings joined up with the Silkmen in May 2006 but waited until the November to make his debut. He went on to make 11 appearances in his first season. James stayed with the Silkmen for three seasons making 38 appearances scoring one goal.  
During his time with the Silkmen in 2008 Jennings went out on loan too Altrincham he only spent a short time with the robins making 9 appearances.
In 2009 James then joined Kettering Town Jennings  only ended up staying for one season. Throughout that he made 37 appearances scoring three goals. 
From Kettering Jennings joined Cambridge United in 2010. James spent three years with the U's and he made 101 appearances scoring six goals in that time. Jennings was also named vice captain for Cambridge.  
In January 2013 Jennings joined Mansfield Town. He won the national league with Mansfield during his 18 month spell with the stags. 
June 2014 saw Jennings sign a two year deal with Forest Green Rovers. James spent two years with Rovers making 30 appearances scoring six goals. 
After being released by Forest Green James joined Cheltenham Town James only made three appearances for Cheltenham during his season there. During this season he went out on loan too Morecambe and Wrexham,

Number 2: James Hurst

Previous teams: West Brom, Portsmouth, IBV, Blackpool, Shrewsbury, Chesterfield, Birmingham, Valur, Crawley, Northampton, Hednesford, Torquay, Guisley, Telford and Dover.

This is James' first season at Wrexham and so far this season Hurst has made seven appearances. The Wrexham number 2 is only 25 and has played for 15 different clubs. Hurst started out as a youngster at West Bromich Albion. Although he failed to make any appearances for the baggies he left in 2008. James then joined Portsmouth he failed to make any appearances for pompey and ended up on loan at  IBV in 2010. During his short time at IBV Hurst made 16 appearances scoring one goal. Hurst then went back too West Brom in 2010 there for just three years this time James made one appearance. During the three years Hurst went out on loan several times. 
In 2013 when he left the baggies Hurst joined Valur but then joined Crawley Town the same year for a season. Hurst then went back to Valur in 2014 after a tough time at Crawley. Another short spell at Valur and James ended up at Hendsford Town in 2014. James made 33 appearances scoring three times. In 2015 James joined Torquay United making 17 appearances.  During his time at Torquay Hurst went out on loan to Guisley. 
Then in 2016 James joined Telford United making 12 appearances throughout the season. 
2017 saw James joined Dover and made 14 appearances. 
Throughout his career James has also made 20 appearances for England at youth level.
